From the moment you undelegate it takes 28 epochs to get access to your funds. Each epoch lasts 24 hours, which means that it will take 28 days to undelegate your funds.

After this period, you will gain access to your delegation + all your reward earned while you were delegating.

Notice that you do not earn rewards during the period of time when your GRT tokens are undelegating.
