Currently, the network rewards are distributed every 6 days.

The first rewards of the Tezos network are usually distributed after approximately 37 days. However, with P2P you will get your first rewards around 23 days only. Conventionally, rewards are generated after a period of 7 cycles and are locked an additional period of 5 cycles. To simplify the process P2P will pay the frozen reward from it's own funds since they have already been earned. This reward is paid independent of any slashing risks. After this initial period, rewards will be distributed every 6 days.
