Before staking, you must have SUI tokens in your wallet.
STAKING SUI
Go to P2P.org validator on the official suiscan explorer page. P2P.org's delegation pool address is:

Connect your SUI wallet or any other supported wallet from the top right corner.
Click Stake and click Next on the next pop-up.
Input the amount you want to stake. Remember to leave a few tokens for future transactions.
Click Next
Review transaction details and click Confirm.
Approve the transaction in wallet.
Your stake will be active in the next epoch.
UNSTAKING SUI
Navigate to suiscan home page and connect your wallet
Click your wallet address at the top right corner and select Profile
Navigate to Staking tab
Click Unstake on the staking object you want to unstake
Sign the transaction in your wallet.
SUI currently has no unbonding period, tokens are liquid right away.
