Before staking, you must have SUI tokens in your wallet. Suiet (pronounced as "sweet") is the self custody wallet built on Sui blockchain, designed for everyone, with everything open-sourced.

  • Add the Suiet browser extension for Chrome

  • Create a new wallet or import an existing one.

  • Create a secure password for your wallet.

  • Save your Secret Recovery Phrase somewhere secure. You will need it to recover your account or log in on a different device. If you lose it, you will lose access to your funds! Please do not share this Secret Recovery Phrase with anyone; anyone with access to it will have access to your funds!

  • Copy your SUI address so you can fund your wallet.

STAKING SUI

On Home tab, click on SUI

  • Click Stake

  • Click on Suiet and select P2P.org validator

  • Input the desired stake amount((minimum is 1 SUI). Remember to leave a small amount of tokens to cover fees for future transactions.

  • Review staking details and click Confirm

UNSTAKING SUI

  • Go to Home tab and click on SUI

  • Choose the validator you want to unstake from and click Unstake

SUI currently has no unbonding period, tokens are liquid right away. As of now, Suiet Wallet does not support partial unstaking of SUI tokens.
