Delegating Tezos on P2P is a very simple process.

If you have yet not created your wallet the process of creating and backing up the seed is very simple. Simply head to https://wallet.kukai.app/ and follow the steps on screen to create your wallet.
You can find the address to deposit your funds in the account information on the right hand side of the screen. For example:
Once the funds are in your wallet, go to https://p2p.org/tezos. There you will find the P2P delegator address. Once you have it, go back to your Kukai wallet and click on "Choose a baker":
A window will pop-up where you will be able to paste the validator address you got from this page https://p2p.org/tezos. Click preview and you are all set, your funds are being delegated to P2P. Please note that the wallet will automatically assign a default fee that you can change.
