Three onboarding steps

Provisioning for Syncro Data Stream for Sui follows a consistent three-step flow.

Step 1: Request access. The client contacts P2P.org or the assigned P2P.org sales representative to discuss requirements and start onboarding. A one-week free trial is available for new clients.

Step 2: Complete allowlisting and provisioning. The client shares the required IP addresses. P2P.org provisions the WebSocket URL, isolated credentials, and a direct support channel with infrastructure specialists.

Step 3: Integrate and benchmark. The client connects systems to the endpoint, validates the Sui transaction stream against the existing feed, and moves into production when ready.

Expected timeline

Provisioning is designed to be straightforward, with clear onboarding and direct technical support. There is no drawn-out procurement and no custom integration. Most teams are live within days of signing.

What is included from day one

The provisioning package includes a WebSocket endpoint, isolated credentials, IP allowlisting, and direct infrastructure support.

Trial-to-production path

The one-week free trial runs on the same infrastructure as paid service. Teams that complete the trial successfully can move to standard monthly billing without re-provisioning.
